Ordered a item for next day delivery. Whilst looking at the tracking it stated it had the wrong address so changed it to evri local shop. The item never arrived . Contacted customer service who eventually got back to me and said they would chase. Informed them I needed it with in the next 48 hours or not to bother. This did not happen so contacted to them and told them to collect the item from wherever it was and refund me. Got no response. 5 days later got notice from evri saying item was in. Have not collected item as still waiting for customer service to collect and refund me. Would not recommend ordering directly with them.

Great price, great looking & comfortable, bought green & blue pair

Very happy with the service I received.

I ordered 2 wetsuits as a size comparison, one wasn't the item I ordered so I went through customer services to say it was "faulty" and the return / refund was speedy and no fuss.
Only dropping one star as they make this free return option quite hard to find, but the quality is good for a reasonably priced wetsuit. It's not as thick as other wetsuits but if you're not too fussed then who cares! Also the colourway is really nice.

We needed to buy waterproof pants and coat for my son like asap for his camping and I was hesitant to purchase from Regatta as I was let down many times with other shops, I chose next day delivery and I didn't regret it.
I would definitely buy and recommend Regatta to everyone!

The walking boots I ordered:
Women's Tebay Leather Waterproof Walking Boots Peat Alpine Purple
are not as depicted. It is a small detail but one that I liked: there is no purple. The boot is dark brown with black and grey trimmings. I would have probably ordered them anyway as I wanted leather and that style of lacing hooks. I was looking forward to the pretty purple trimming though!

really disappointing service, i paid for the next day delivery which came and went then waited over 10 days for the 3-5 day service and still no they claim to have posted the items but no delivery, they then just sent a really impersonal email with a standard "were cancelling the order and refund" but heres a 20% voucher for the next time we disappoint you. the item was still in stock and on the site but no longer in the sale so i cannot afford it. if they still had it in stock why not just send a replacement if the order was lost.

Body fitted arms was to tight

I didn't get my refund for more than two weeks but when I called I got refund straight away.

The service was really quick but I was so disappointed with the goods.
I had bought a pair of shorts locally and wanted another pair, or two. None of the ones which came direct from Regatta fitted and all had to be returned. I checked they had the same product number, size, etc. Such a shame.

Do not recommend! To date, I have not received a sales document, despite numerous reminders. Issuing an invoice has outgrown the seller. The sales and support department is not helpful and competent!

My jacket was delivered very quickly and I just love it. It’s well made, a good fit and lovely colour. I’m more than happy with the quality and service

You have to pay for postage to return unsuitable items. will not use again.

I ordered 6 shirts, 1 damaged, returned damaged goods, tried to re-order goods at price promised and used code supplied, for free carriage and same price, to NO avail.
Poor service, no contact no to call.
